Acceptance of Terms of Use

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the fr150 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
The use of automated software, bots, or any method designed to manipulate the gaming system or payment processes is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions repeatedly through multiple accounts, or using false information to gain an unfair advantage, constitutes a serious violation.
This platform may not be used for money laundering, financing of criminal activity, or any other activity that violates Malaysian law.
Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to fr150's technical infrastructure is prohibited and may result in legal action.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the fr150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the fr150 account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
- Fr150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — from a few minutes for e-wallets to several business days for bank transfers.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.

Fr150 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical disruptions. While we strive to operate 24 hours a day, scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary interruptions.
To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, fr150 shall not be liable for:

- Gaming or wagering outcomes made by users — all game results are final in accordance with the system's established mechanisms.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Users acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and that all decisions are made at their own discretion. fr150 does not provide financial advice or guarantee winnings.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Governing Law
Fr150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by a competent authority.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the severity of the breach. Users may submit a review request through our customer support channels within 30 days of the closure date.
All content on the fr150 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of fr150 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
